How does the shipping process work?
We deliver exclusively within the EU. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Within the rest of the EU, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after order confirmation. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
How can I return a product?
You've changed your mind about the product you ordered, or perhaps you accidentally purchased the wrong item or quantity? These things happen! We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal. Within this period, you can return unopened items to the following address without giving a reason:

Important:
- Please be sure to return the goods insured (e.g. as a parcel with tracking number, not as a small packet), as the parcel service is not liable for the value of the goods in case of loss.
- Please be sure to include a note with your order number with your return so that our warehouse staff can correctly assign the goods.
Return shipping is at your own expense and is not covered by Eternal Vitality.
Please contact us in advance via our contact form so that we can process your return without delay upon arrival.
Once we receive and process your return, we will of course refund the purchase price. This may take up to 14 days. Please note that we only accept unopened items for return.
How can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service using the contact form. It is not possible to change an order after it has been placed. In this case, we will refund your original order, and you can then place a new one.
Where is my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to check the current status of your delivery at any time. about this page track it.
Please note that delays may occur as there is no shipping or business on Sundays and public holidays. We thank you for your understanding and will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
Why isn't my discount code working?
Discount codes are not valid for the subscription model. Combining discounts, such as using multiple discount codes in one order or combining discount codes with gift vouchers, is also not possible.
