How does shipping work?

We ship exclusively within the EU. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery within the EU typically takes 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

How do I return a product?

Have you decided not to keep the product you ordered, or did you accidentally purchase the wrong item or quantity? These things happen! We offer a 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return unopened items to the following address without providing a reason:

Important:
- Please be sure to return the merchandise insured (e.g., as a package with a tracking number, not as a small parcel), as the shipping carrier is not liable for the value of the goods in the event of loss.
- Be sure to include a note with your order number in the return shipment so that our warehouse staff can correctly identify the goods.
Return shipping is at your own expense and will not be covered by Eternal Vitality.

Please contact us in advance via our contact form so that we can process your return without delay upon arrival.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will, of course, refund the purchase price. This may take up to 14 days. Please note that we only accept unopened items for return.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team using the contact form. Changes to the order cannot be made after it has been placed. In this case, we will refund the original order, and you can then place a new order.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to check the current status of your delivery at any time on this page .
