2. Shipping costs
The applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process. We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value.
3. Delivery times
- Standard shipping: Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days, provided the goods are in stock.
- Subscriptions: For subscription orders (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually), delivery times may vary – for example, if the item is out of stock or multiple shipments are combined. We will inform you about the status of your subscription delivery in a timely manner.
4. Shipping service provider
We work with DHL Express Germany GmbH to ensure reliable and fast delivery. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number, if this feature is offered.
5. Delivery area
Our products are generally shipped within Germany. If you require delivery to another European country, please contact us beforehand to clarify the details.
6. Special Notes
Please carefully check your delivery address during the ordering process. Changes or corrections can only be considered in exceptional cases after the order has been placed.
