Cancellation policy for purchase options

Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or trial purchase. Below you will find information on how to change or cancel these special purchase options.

1. Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the duration and frequency you have chosen.

  • Your payment details are stored securely.
  • Each delivery will be invoiced unless prepaid.
  • Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term.
  • If you wish to avoid automatic renewal, you can cancel or change your subscription at any time – you will find the relevant links in your order confirmation emails or you can manage your subscription via your customer account.

2. Pre-orders
With pre-orders, you purchase a product that is currently out of stock or will be available soon.

  • At checkout, it is possible that no payment or only a partial payment will be collected.
  • Your payment method will be securely stored so that the full or remaining amount can be collected at a later date.
  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
  • Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible; in this case, you have the option to request a full or partial refund – details can be found in our return policy.
