Refund policy

If you decide you don't want to keep the ordered product or accidentally bought the wrong item or quantity – such cases can happen – you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Here's how to proceed:

Return of goods
Within the 14-day period, you can return unopened items without giving a reason to:

Important instructions:
Please be sure to return the goods insured (e.g. as a parcel with tracking number, not as a small packet), as the parcel service is not liable for the value of the goods in case of loss.

Please be sure to include a note with your order number with your return so that our warehouse staff can correctly assign the goods.

Return shipping is at your own expense and is not covered by Eternal Vitality.

refund
Once we receive and process your return, we will of course refund the purchase price. This may take up to 14 days.
Please note that we only accept returns of unopened goods.

 

Cancellation policy
Consumers have a legally mandated right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from the contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eternal Vitality UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße 23, 20359 Hamburg, email: info(at)eternal-vitality.comYou must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or email). A model withdrawal form is available for you to exercise your right of withdrawal – however, its use is not mandatory.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You are obligated to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please send returns exclusively to the return address we have provided separately. Unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.

A notice:
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. If you are acting as a business, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
